About

  • Stephen, Boujee Superhost

Stephen is the welcoming energy behind the Boujee Beach House, known for putting guests instantly at ease. A seasoned traveler across four continents, he brings the warmth he experienced abroad, shaped by his Filipino roots, into every stay.

Balancing careers in IT and medical aesthetics, he also led the hands-on projects that transformed the house into the space guests enjoy today. In his downtime, he, Avery, and Mango explore parks, camp, and stargaze.

His philosophy is simple: kindness, hospitality, and a genuine smile make every stay unforgettable.

  • Avery, Boujee Super Co-Host

Avery is the quiet heart of the home. Gentle, kind, and reserved, he finds peace in the garden and brings that same care to every guest experience.

Raised in Newmarket by his great grandparents Bud and Vera, he carries their warmth and generosity into the space. Childhood RV trips to Florida and annual Disney visits sparked his love of travel and welcome.

As cohost, Avery works behind the scenes cleaning, organizing, and refining small details that make the home feel calm and ready for each arrival. When not at Breakwall Bar and Grill up the street, he’s with Stephen and Mango at the beach, pool, or on summer bike rides. His presence is quiet, but felt in every corner.

  • Mango, Boujee Ambassador

Mango is the gentle heart of the Boujee Beach House and its Red Fox Lab ambassador. Clever, affectionate, and calm, she greets guests with a soft wag before retreating to her favorite sunny spot to supervise the day.

She came into Stephen and Avery’s life after a spontaneous late-night drive to Keswick to meet a puppy they once admired. Named Ivy at first, she became Mango when she curled into a tiny ball on the car seat and looked exactly like one.

From day one, she behaved as if she had always lived here. Quiet, well-mannered, and naturally house-trained, she treats the home with care. Between sun naps, swims, and oversized sticks, she welcomes guests so warmly that many arrive knowing her name and leave with their own Mango stories.
